The purpose of FreeMoodle.org is at once ambitious, and very simple. In essence it is:

To provide educators and learners opportunities to change the world for the better through access to free education using Moodle

You can read more about the reason for this site and why it was created here (and we encourage you to do so).  There is an ethical dimension to this site - and it only features courses that are free for others.

This site enables teachers and others to create and support free courses so that others anywhere in the world can access these, entirely for free.
